•What time as a fan should I arrive for Mustang home football games?
This depends on you. We generally have someone at the admission booth 1 hour before game time. There is entertainment and contests starting early so if you want the chance to win prizes get there early.

•The team is “The Kosciusko County Mustangs” but you play in Marshall County. Why is that?
Until 2008 the Mustangs played in Warsaw, Indiana. This is where the team was founded. In 2008, just months before the first game, Warsaw School District cancelled their agreement with the Mustangs to play at any established field. Sid Phillips made contact with the Triton School District, looking for a temporary home. Triton agreed and the Mustangs played in Bourbon, Indiana for the 2008 season. But there was 1 problem. The Mustangs had HUGE success at Triton. The Athletic Director, Principal, and Superintendent felt that the Mustangs were a perfect fit for the summer nights in Bourbon. And the Mustangs believe that Triton AND the town of Bourbon made them feel like they have a permanent home.

•How do I become a Mustang?
The rules are simple. You must not be currently enrolled in High School or College that would jeopardize your eligibility to play for your school. You must purchase your own equipment but your uniforms will be supplied. There is a player’s fee that must be paid prior to the spring practices.

•When is a good time to talk to the players, get photos and autographs?
The players are available immediately after all home games. The Mustangs ask that you please wait on the track until after their team meeting is completed.

•Who determines what songs are played during the pre-game, game, and during the post game?
The Mustangs define what they do as family oriented sports entertainment. What this means is that the music selected has been checked for offensive language, derogatory comments, and inappropriate content. They will do their best to make your experience an event that you are comfortable bringing young fans to without having to worry about what they will hear.
